About Me

I love building all sorts of things… and digital products for that matter!

Creating outstanding digital products with amazing people coupled with the pure joy of building a piece of software that ends up helping people in their everyday lives, what could be better… I’d say I probably have one of the best jobs out there.

When not working, you’ll find me cultivating a vigorous spirit through the martial art of Kendo, hanging out in the forest with my mountain bike and doing what I love the most spending some quality time with my wiffo and my doggo.

One day I hope to fulfill my boyhood dream and learn to fly (a plane).

Fica Kendo

Fun fact: Learned the most when the startup I co-founded burned and crashed back in 2013.

Work Experience:

bestbytesProduct Manager

The main clinet at bestbytes for me was Globus… one of the most renowned department stores in the Switzerland with over 100 years of tradition and over 50 stores around Switzerland. Emphasizing on the cutting edge in commerce Globus invests heavy in technology.

As a product manager at bestbytes I was developing Digital in Store products — a set of physical products interlinked with e-commerce with the intention to raise sales and better the customer experience.

As an internal project, we were developing an iOS app for sketching and visual communication for architects, due to lack of resource it has never got past the beta phase — TeamSketch.

AlchemyProduct Manager & Marketing

Building a vertical SaaS that facilitates the commercialization of new formulations in the specialty chemistry industry (a nearly $1 trillion global market).

Most of the time juggling in between the product marketing, customer success, and product development.

dryToolsProduct Manager

Developing Sifu — a software development tool that made it possible to make applications go from zero to awesome in no time.

Working on Sifu was great, I was the only non-tech person there and was leading all of the marketing, as well as doing some business development and getting down and dirty with VC’s.

Rendered TextMarketing & Product [and more]

Making Semaphore happen and helping software development teams move faster through development thanks to our product — a hosted continuous integration and delivery service. With over a thousand customers, including the likes of Intel, eBay, 500px, Semaphore is making a real bang in the development community.

Semaphore was and is my favorite product. I’ve worked day and night on developing Semaphore — always with a big smile. From finding ways to grow the user base to organizing tech events.

Semaphore holds a special place in my heart and as a product best represents me as a professional product person.

Prognosis ITJunior Product Manager

Got through the thick of it while learning how to deliver my first cloud application.

The first major cloud product I was involved with – a social network for the Swedish market. A big stepping stone for me, learning how to get requirements from clients and deliver software on time.

Brisbane DigitalOnline Marketing Coordinator

Working for a digital marketing agency isn’t as dull as it is sounds, as long as you are set on learning the most you can and moving on even faster.

I’ve learned the ropes of digital marketing here, from SEO and content marketing to A/B testing. Not all the projects were cool, like working on optimizing the website for a garage door reseller, but some were awesome, like working for Expedia.

UniverexportMarketing Intern

Univerexport, and you probably have never heard of it, is one of the biggest retailers in Serbia. Who would tell! While studying, I’ve gotten a chance to be a part of the team that built the very first online retail application on the Serbian market, eLakolije. Didn’t do much there, was fun either way.
