Product Marking is a mess of a job. A lovely mess, but still a mess. With the job description being somewhere in between a product developer and a full-stack marketer, boiling down to filling in a hodge-podge of different functions and having to grow skills on a daily basis.
As a product marketer one is heavy on both marketing and product tasks, so the toolset of a product marketing person must reflect one self and the team building the product.
Soon I’m to begin a new chapter in my professional life as a part of the dryTools team. It’s a bit sad to leave such a great team behind and it’s going to be hard not seeing all of those familiar faces. Sad time over. Woot, dryTools here I come!
